Poley Rentals come with off-street parking for housing residents, and on-street parking for visitors. Rogge St. is also conveniently located near public transportation via the Dayton RTA. The Dayton RTA operates several bus lines that travel along nearby Brown St. and Main St.
Adult and Family Rentals
If you are an adult or family, do not worry. We also have traditional rentals for non-student renters. Poley Rentals are on the edge of the University District and are not commonly affected by the noise closer to the party houses. We are walking distance from public transportation, and have off-street parking.
Poley Rentals are less than 1 miles from Miami Valley Hospital, and short distances from St. Elizabeth's, Dayton Children's Hospital, and Good Samaritan. Many doctors and denitsts practice nearby, and several outpatient facilities are just a short distance from our rental properties.
If you like to eat out, there are many restaurants in the area. You have choices like Buffalo Wild Wings, Panera Bread, Penn Station, Five Guys, Potbelly, the Pine Club, and Flannigan's Pub. There is a little something for most culinary tastes just a short distance from our properties.
